I was very happy to have dealings with Anthony Cope the people that handled the sale were really nice people to do business with, very happy with the car and the service that was given to my wife and I, very informal and friendly. It is not a local garage for us to deal with but I am glad that I made the effort. I was not expecting to drive the new car back home and leave my old one behind, but the transfer was made effortlessly.

Superb cars, superb service I have now purchased three cars from the garage, never disappointed and always met with an excellent after sales response.
My comments can only be amazingly complementary,The salesman was thoroughly efficient, managed all the paperwork and could not do enough to make sure that I am confident to drive a new type of car.
Great customer service from Heath and Anthony. I highly recommend them as genuinely honest, transparent and flexible. Not only did they pick me up for the test drive, I was provided with Anthony's proper coffee and they sorted all the paperwork and road tax and helped me arrange insurance. There was a slight alarm issue that meant the car had to go to Saab specialists and Anthony communicated well, popped round to my office to see for himself and sorted the repair. No hard sales etc just good old fashioned business values. I would definately endorse this company.

Being of a certain age l am sceptical of what l read in reviews but this is all true. From start to finish Heath, yes a car sales man named Heath ... Could not have been more accommodating, pleasant and a man of his word. Living in Surrey we were disappointed that the perfect sounding car for us was a long way around the M25 but as Heath had to go to a town nearer to us he brought the car to us. Agreeing to have the car he again brought the car to us, nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend Anthony Cope Motors if you want honest personal service, something sadly lacking today in a lot of businesses.

Buy a car over the internet, never I hear you say! We did and received door to door service even though we live an hour away from the showroom! The Kia is perfect, and was just as advertised, we bought on the spot and our old car was taken away. The salesperson was a pleasure to meet and entertaining too, what more can you ask. We saw the car last night on the website, phoned up this morning and spoke to Heath. He said it was fine to come and look, (no hard sell or needing a deposit, unlike some other places) The car was exactly as described. Heath let me look over the car, and allowed us to take it for a test drive, coming with us as we didn't know the area, offering for both myself and my lady wife to have a drive. I had asked when I phoned "if i like it will i be able to take it that day" Heath did say they like to do a service before customers take a car, but they could sort something out. So after my inspection and the test drive, we agreed on a price, and while we did the paperwork, we agreed that they would do an oil and filter change while we went next door for lunch, one and a half hours later we came back to it all done. I have to say, I have never had such a good and pleasant experience buying a car, and would recommend anyone going to Anthony Cope ltd. Heath was a pleasure to deal with.

Really impressed with the service. Just bought a Volvo and Heath was remarkable and very professional. Spoke to Anthony too and these guys are a rare breed of professionals. The advert matched exactly what the car looked like. They'd go an extra mile for their customers (arranged a viewing at a time that suited me even when they were closed!) I'd definitely recommend them!

I was looking for a small, economical car and spotted this Kia Picanto online. Heath, the front man is a very friendly and chatty man and welcomes any new customer, He will want to go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that everything runs smoothly, down to filling out your tax registration and even posting off your log book for you. Anthony behind the scenes also wants to see a happy customer and if Heath says something needs doing, Anthony gives it the full go ahead. I not only bought but also sold my car with Anthony Cope and all ran smoothly. Another good thing is that I was offered a 6 month warranty rather than the normal 3 months other traders offer, this is reassuring. I had a few niggles but they were all sorted out. I could not have asked for a better service than what I received from Anthony and Heath. I was a first time buyer and was understandably quite nervous at the prospect of buying my first car. Anthony and Heath maintained professional, friendly, and reliable communications throughout the inquiries and sale. They were honest, very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations to make the experience as comfortable for me as possible. I bought a Toyota Aygo from them in September 2017; the car was in great condition and was evidently very well taken care of. They provide a 6 month warranty and I am confident that should there be any problems, they will help as best as they can. I would highly recommend Anthony Cope Ltd.; both guys are very genuine and the service provided is of high quality.
Very pleasant on the phone and they went extra miles to find out additional information for the mini I was enquiry. From turning up to test driving and buying a car took about 40mintues plus a nice coffee. Really nice relaxing service and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their car.
Unfortunately, my car got written off a month ago. The search began to find a replacement, I had a Corsa on hire and was quite impressed with it so set out to find a decent one from a trusted source. Local showrooms barely showed any interest and offered nothing other than a hard sales pitch, nothing genuine about any of them. Internet searches revealed a lot of very dubious adverts on the likes of Gumtree so abandoned that idea. Just as I was beginning to despair, up popped an advert for a beautiful Corsa at Copes at Lavender Hill Garage, well the showroom next door to be precise. Viewed it the next morning and bought it on the spot. Heath was on duty but left me to look the car over without any hard selling but proved very helpful and knowledgeable when I wanted advice. Today I collected the car and met Anthony, couldn't ask for two nicer guys who you immediately and instinctively trusted. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heath and Anthony to prospective buyers.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past few years, very professional service and very polite staff. I also use their mechanics to service and do the M.o.t on my cars. The specification for the car I wanted was very detailed….and Heath came up trumps….the car he sourced for me was everything I had asked for. Arranged for it to be transported from Wales to a local dealer and drove me there to view it. A nice dealership really nice owner. Seems very genuine and helpful. Was very honest and helpful with when inquiring about selling a car to them. They have some nice stock at decent prices. They are connected to lavenderhill garage which i always use, and are very good. So I'm sure the cars that are stocked are checked over by the garage. Would definitely buy a car from them.
